Whitworth University

Nicolas Roger enters his first season coaching defensive backs and coordinating strength and conditioning at Whitworth University in 2025. He brings a versatile coaching background across the collegiate and high school levels, with experience in defensive backs, special teams, and athlete development.

Prior to Whitworth, Roger was part of the defensive staff at Eastern Washington University, where he served as the Assistant Defensive Backs Coach and Senior Defensive Analyst. His responsibilities included player development, opponent scouting, and in-game communication. He has also held coaching roles at St. Vincent College, Sehome High School, and Mercer Island High School, consistently contributing to both on-field success and player growth.

Roger earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Education (Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership) from the University of Washington.
