Biography
Experience-
2024: Alex finished second in the 10k at the NWC Championships and earned All-NWC honors.
2023: Alex competed in the Northwest Conference championships, making the final round in 3000S. He won the 5000 in the Whitworth Last Chance meet.
HS: Alex was part of the school record in the 4x800 relay at Post Falls HS and he helped the Trojans win a 2021 regional championship.
