PARKLAND, Wash. – Due to inclement weather, the Whitworth University softball team will open its weekend slate at Pacific Lutheran with a 3:00 p.m. game on Friday, February 28.

The Pirates and the Lutes were scheduled to play a pair of doubleheaders on Saturday, March 1 and Sunday, March 2 in Parkland. The opening game of the series will now be played at 3:00 p.m. this afternoon, followed by two games on Saturday and the final game on Sunday. Saturday's schedule will follow the usual 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. format, and Sunday's game will begin at 12:00 p.m.
